* I can help interpret what you would like to the builder, can sit in on builder meetings, and can help interpret information from the builder back to you about feasibility, cost expectations, etc...

 * I can act as a project manager: coordinating sub-contractors, meeting them, and keeping an eye on them. 

 * I can help you with selections and making sure that you stay on pace with your selections so that the builder can move efficiently towards completing your project.

As someone who will have taken the time to understand your wants and needs AND your budget I can advocate for you when it comes time to working with the contractor or subcontractors who will be working on your project. I have deep experience in communicating effectively with builders, subcontractors (plumbers, electricians etc...) and also in construction time-line planning, and I can help ensure your project moves along at a pace and price you are comfortable with.
