I have a great passion for home renovation and design, having successfully navigated and survived 3 full home remodels/renovations! I truly believe that any space can be appealing and attractive if it is tailored to meet the needs and tastes of the person who occupies it. Through my experience of taking on construction projects of homes that were "unloved" and "lost causes" to others, and creating something lovely, I developed the skills and and uncovered my passion of transforming any space into a beautiful and functional home.

The same way that an ill-fitting suit or dress can be hand tailored to your body so that it looks and feels GREAT on you, I like to tailor spaces so that they feel, function, and look GREAT for the people who live in them.

I find it particularly fun and engaging of my creativity to take a space that already exists, (with the furniture and items of the current occupant), and help recombine those items within that same space to create a new and fresh presentation which functions optimally for the person. I enjoy the "hunt" for the perfect piece of furniture or item which will help transform the space for the client - this could be on Facebook Marketplace, out of their attic/basement storage, or sometimes a specific retail purchase.

I have deep strength in developing working organizational systems for any space - and especially enjoy listening to what isn't working in a space for a person and figuring out how to change it up so that it not only looks good, but FEELS good - because of its functionality.

Additionally, I have training in Feng Shui, have studied Marie Kondo, the principles of Hyyge, and have a lifelong obsession with space organization and flow.
